On-line Entries - Conditions of Use


BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR on-line entries via OZentries you should be aware of and agree to the following Conditions of use:
  1. The closing date rules for accepting entries are:
    • OZentries will take entries up until the club conducting the show closes off entries.
    • Entries for shows will be closed by or at the instruction of the clubs involved.

  2. Be sure your credit card information is accurate. If your credit card is declined for any reason all entries will be rejected and will not be entered at the show. You will need to resubmit any rejected entries before the closing date.


  3. Please ensure that your supplied email address and personal details are correct so you can be contacted in the event of of a problem with your entry submission. This will also ensure accurate information is displayed if you choose to "verify entries" on-line


  4. Once entries have been submitted you cannot retrieve them to change in any way. If you have submitted an entry and wish to change the class, add a title or change owner details you can click on "Change Entries" from the menu on the left and follow our instructions on that page. You must quote your on-line entry receipt number and explain the details of the change required, and the show not be passed its published entries closing date.


  5. Any other changes, cancellations or withdrawals, etc., must be done through the show secretary. Any such request must include your receipt number, the show name and date, dog's breed, name and registration number, owner's name and address, along with any changed details. Please do not contact OZentries for these changes.


  6. Be very careful to double-check what you type into the entry form (i.e., class, name, etc.) as the entry service will accept whatever you type and it will become part of your dog's record in our database to be used for subsequent shows. However some of these details can be amended on your next on-line entry submission and this will then become part of that record.


  7. Keep a record of your receipt number - and print a copy of the entry confirmation page as your proof of entry. You should also receive an auto-generated response email with details of your entry and payment details, including receipt number. You must quote this receipt number in any further correspondence about your entry - no change will be made unless you can quote a receipt number.


  8. Credit card details will be presented to our bank for payment on-line at the time of submitting your entries. If your payment is declined your entries will be rejected.


  9. By agreeing to use the OZentries on-line entry service, all clubs and controlling bodies agree that if payment of entry fees is defaulted by an exhibitor for any reason after entries have been accepted, then the relevant club or affiliate conducting the event or events will be responsible for collection of the outstanding fees from the exhibitor, and indemnifying OZentries if settlement has ocurred.


  10. All clubs and exhibitors using OZentries agree that any refunds requested by exhibitors (e.g. for accidently entered exhibits) will be at the sole disctretion of the club conducting the show to make that refund. As entry and other fees collected by OZentries are passed on to the respective clubs, these refunds are not the responsibility of OZentries.


  11. OZentries use 128-bit encryption and secure socket layers (SSL) for your credit card information protection. This is the best security currently available on the Internet. OZentries disclaims any liability for direct, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses which you may incur as a result of your use of this payment option.
