Entry & Membership Forms

Please note that our dog show and trial on-line entry form will allow you to enter your exhibit in one of 3 ways:
- By entering your membership number to obtain a list of exhibits previously entered and then selecting the required exhibit to pre-fill the exhibit details on the entry form, or
- By entering your exhibit registration mumber to pre-fill the exhibit details on the entry form, or
- If you have not entered an exhibit on-line before, you can enter all exhibit exhibit details as required on the entry form.
Where any of the pre-filled details have changed or are incorrect you can simply over-type them and the latest details will be recorded against the entered membership number for next time you enter on-line. This also applies for first time on-line entries. Then following update of each entry a list of all "Exhibits Entered" is displayed so you can validate that your entries are correct before proceeding to payment. On completion you will be provided with a summary page and unique receipt number as proof of entry, and a confirmation email will be sent to the advised email address.

Please click the above link to view how our on-line club membership form works. You can choose any of our "demo" clubs and enter any member details that you wish.

Credit Card Details
|
Please note that our "live" facility performs a series of on-line checks to ensure that entered credit card details are valid and the transaction is immediately presented to your account via our on-line banking gateway. However for demo purposes only this facility has been disabled, and valid test credit card details have been entered for you, so do need to attempt to enter any "live" credit card details.
Please also ensure that you enter your email address correctly so that you will receive the auto-response email summarising your "demo" entries.
