Why on-line applications ?

Accepting membership applications and renewals on-line has advantages for clubs and members alike. There are many advantages for clubs to participate in this.

What we offer ?

• On-line membership application and renewal for all clubs and organisations that agree to participate.
• Use of our SSL secure server for collection of all credit card information. For added security, credit card numbers are definitely not stored on any on-line database or distributed to any third parties.
• Production of a printable summary with unique receipt number for every transaction submitted on-line, plus an auto-generated email response containing summary details.
• Automated email advice to nominated club officials notifying them of the membership details and that payment has been received.

What does it cost ?

There is absolutely no cost to any club wishing to provide this service for their members. However as establishing and maintaining the technology to provide this service is costly, we do pass on a small fee to members using the service, and these are automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the payment form. The total charges made are:

1. Membership fee as stipulated by the club or organisation
2. On-line processing fee to cover OZentries costs (currently $1 per entry)
3. Credit card fees to cover our bank's charges to us - currently $0.75 per transaction plus 2.8% of the total amount

The fees charged in 1 above are then paid to the club, and those in 2 and 3 are retained by us to cover our costs.
