How to Enter Shows

The first step to enter shows you must go to the On-line Entries Now Open page. From there you can view the published show schedules for all shows available to enter on-line. Shows are listed by Australian State and are initially displayed in show date sequence. By clicking on the "Show Name" heading you can re-sequence the shows to show name sequence, and clicking the "Entries Close" heading will re-sequence them to closing date sequence. To go back to show date sequence simply click on the "Show Date" heading.

Click on any individual show name in the list to display the published show schedule for that show and click on "Enter" adjacent to the show name that you wish.

Steps Involved:

There are three distinct steps involved in entering a show or group of shows, and these are:

Below are full instructions to complete the on-line entry process.

Entering a new exhibit for the first time:

  1. Move the required show or shows from "available shows" to "selected shows"
  2. Select the class or classes being entered for the selected shows
  3. Enter all exhibit details shown on the entry form - all details must be exactly as displayed on the exhibit registration certificate, including the correct owner member number and name/s
  4. Check the "hereby certify . . . . " box as it is your responsibility to ensure all submitted details are correct
  5. Click on the "update" button and your entry should appear in a new displayed section called "exhibits entered" list
  6. Continue and enter further exhibits as above and they will be added to the "exhibits entered" list
  7. To enter further shows not displayed in the "available shows" list click the "more shows" button and select the appropriate show to enter
  8. When all required entries are added click "confirm" to proceed to exhibitor and payment page

Pre-filling the entry from an existing record held by OZentries:

  1. Enter your member number and click "list"
  2. Select the appropriate exhibit from the displayed list and click "go" to pre-fill exhibit details
  3. Move the required show or shows from "available shows" to "selected shows"
  4. Select the class or classes being entered for the selected shows
  5. Validate that all exhibit details pre-filled on the entry form - all details must be exactly as displayed on the exhibit registration certificate, including the correct owner member number and name/s
  6. Check the "hereby certify . . . . " box as it is your responsibility to ensure all submitted details are correct
  7. Click on the "update" button and your entry should appear on the "exhibits entered" list
  8. Continue and enter further exhibits as above and they will be added to the "exhibits entered" list
  9. To enter further shows not displayed in the "available shows" list click the "more shows" button and select the appropriate show to enter
  10. When all required entries are added click "confirm" to proceed to exhibitor and payment page

Entering multiple shows that are located on different entry forms:

  1. Complete and "update" all entries for those shows displayed on the current entry form page.
  2. Click the "more shows" button at the bottom of the the entry form just above the "confirm" button - DO NOT click confirm yet.
  3. From the new further shows selection page click "enter" adjacient to the show name of the next show that you wish to enter and the entry form for that show (and similar grouped shows) will be displayed.
  4. If you are unable to locate the show you want you can re-sequence the shows list in the same way as the initial show selection page (i.e. by clicking on show date, name or entries close date headings.
  5. Now continue and enter the selected show or shows in the normal manner and repeat this "more shows" process as many times as needed.
  6. Once all required entries are added click "confirm" to proceed to exhibitor and payment page

Completing exhibitor and payment Details:

  1. If you are pre-filling your exhibitor details, enter your member number, associated email address and OZentries password previously advised to you (note that if you have not registered your email address and received a password you cannot complete the exhibitor pre-fill process) then click the "pre-fill" button to complete exhibitor details held
  2. If no details are held (e.g. first time entering on-line) or you do not have the correct password for the entered email address and member number you can still proceed but you will need to complete all exhibitor details on the form
  3. Validate that all exhibitor details pre-filled or entered are correct
  4. Select the appropriate catalogue and mailing options if available for the show or shows you have entered
  5. Validate that the payment amounts displayed are correct and in accordance with the entries that you have submitted
  6. Complete your credit card payment details - you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express
  7. Check the "hereby certify . . . . " box as it is your responsibility to ensure all submitted details are correct
  8. Click the "submit" button to submit your entries and payment
  9. If all details are correct and your payment is successful your entries will be lodged. a receipt page will be displayed and email receipt sent to the entered email address, otherwise an error message will be displayed.
