Exhibitor Login & Password Retrieval

Go to the OZentries login page and enter your email address (as used when submitting entries) and password then click login.

If you do not have a password or have forgotten it then click on Retrieve Login Details and then on the new displayed page enter your email address and submit. A new password will be immediately sent to your email address. If you do not receive this please check your junk mail folder.

Options available when logged in:

Once you login there are a number of different options that you can access:

Below are the features provided and steps to use them once logged in.

Linked Records:

This is the first page displayed on login or click "linked entries" from any other page. It displays a list of all linked member records and all exhibits linked to any of these records. You can add and remove links to exhibits as follows:

Add Link:

  1. click "add link" for the corresponding member record
  2. your member list of all linked exhibits will be displayed
  3. new page will be displayed for you to enter the exhibit registration number that you wish to add the link
  4. once the registration number is entered click "validate" and if the exhibit record is held in the OZentries database the name of the exhibit is dispalyed (if record cannot be found then that exhibit will need to be added to the database - see "add a new exhibit")
  5. check details, complete certification that you have authority to add the exhibit and click "add link" button
  6. then you will receive a success message

Remove Link:

  1. click "remove link" for the corresponding exhibit record
  2. a message will be displayed asking "are you sure that you want to remove the link"
  3. answer "OK" to remove the link or "cancel" to not remove the link
  4. if OK you will then receive a success message

Received Entries:

  1. click "received entries"
  2. all entries made for shows not yet held will be displayed here
  3. click "select" for any displayed entry and limited changes may be available for you to make prior to published entry closing date

Change email address:

  1. click on "change email address"
  2. enter your current email password (for added security purposes)
  3. enter your new email address
  4. enter your new email address again (security purposes again)
  5. click the "change email" button
  6. then you will receive a success message
  7. you should then register the new email address and login with the new password to continue

Change Password:

  1. click on "change password"
  2. enter your current email password (for added security purposes)
  3. enter your new password
  4. enter your new password again (security purposes again)
  5. click the "change password" button
  6. then you will receive a success message
  7. you should logout and then login again with the new password to continue

Update a member record:

  1. click "member details"
  2. your list of all linked member records will be displayed
  3. select the appropriate member number and click "go" to pre-fill all details
  4. simply over-type any of the details requiring change
  5. check the "I hereby certify . . . . " box
  6. click the "add/update" button
  7. then you will receive a success message

Add a member record:

  1. click "member details"
  2. Check to ensure the new member record is not displayed on your list already
  3. enter all member details as indicated
  4. check the "I hereby certify . . . . " box
  5. click the "add/update" button
  6. then you will receive a success message

Update an existing exhibit:

  1. click "exhibit details"
  2. your member list of all linked exhibits will be displayed
  3. select the appropriate exhibit and click "go" to pre-fill all details
  4. simply over-type any of the details requiring change
  5. check the "I hereby certify . . . . " box
  6. click the "add/update" button
  7. then you will receive a success message

Add a new exhibit:

  1. click "exhibit details"
  2. Check to ensure the new exhibit is not displayed on your member list already
  3. enter all exhibit details as indicated
  4. check the "I hereby certify . . . . " box
  5. click the "add/update" button
  6. then you will receive a success message

Remove an exhibit from exhibits list:

  1. click "exhibit details"
  2. your member list of all linked exhibits will be displayed
  3. select the appropriate exhibit and click "go" to pre-fill all details
  4. click the "remove" button
  5. then you will receive a success message

Logout:

Click to logout and continue with other OZentries tasks.
